Though we did not have very many artifacts from our health class, I chose this particular example because I think it represents how much I learned about all the different aspects of sugar in the US. It also shows my interest in learning more about a subject for my own accomplishment. During this project, I learned about the effects of sugar, how sugar increases the risk of obesity, and how our brains are influenced when it comes to food.
