We started freshmen year in biology by taking personality analysis tests to help determine who we were. This poster was the summary of our findings. I knew a lot about my personality before this project but I did learn that I have a fixed mindset with some growth ideas. That means that I can often get stuck in his mindset where I don't think I can really change my abilities. It was kind of an eye-opening realization. When we wrote our essays on our personalities, I was glad to know that my physical well-being is great and that my Intrapersonal health was very good. I was considered unhealthy on the social health but to my standards and for my needs, I was exactly where I needed to be.
